Labour + installation materials only (adhesive, grout, waterproofing, substrate prep). Swiss installation rates run CHF 120–160/m² for standard porcelain, CHF 180–260/m² for large format and natural stone. Tile material is optional — you supply, or we supply at the rates below.

1. Surface to tile

Labour + adhesive + grout. CHF 135/m² average for standard porcelain installation.

5. Do we supply the tiles?
